Debra Taylor Blair
President
Debra oversees the day to day operations at LINK, as well as manages LINK's strategic initiatives. Prior to founding LINK, Debra worked as an Administrative Assistant in various Real Estate offices, while working her way through the Co-Op program at Northeastern University. In 1987, her senior year, Debra founded LINK. She has since taken the company through a series of transitions: from a hard copy paper distributed report, to one of the first listing services to integrate public records and floor plans, to the current elegant and user friendly .NET Web Application. In 2007 Debra and her team launched LINK in Nantucket, followed by the launch of LINK on Martha's Vineyard in 2008.
In addition to her Software As A Service(SAAS) company, Debra launched the LINK Guest Lecture Series in 2006, a speaker series that features industry experts on a variety of topics that impact the Boston Real Estate Community. The proceeds from the LINK Guest Lecture Series are donated to a local Boston non-profit organizations.
She is a member of Women's President Organization (WPO) and the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council. She currently serves on two start up Business Advisory Boards.
Debra is married to Charles Blair and has two children, Taylor Blair, 7 and Tristan Blair, 6. In her spare time, she enjoys open water swimming, sailing and Bikram Yoga.
Debra received her BS in economics from Northeastern University and is currently enrolled in the Harvard Business School Owner President Management Program.
David Bows
Chief Technology Officer
David is responsible for managing LINK’s product development activities and technical direction.
With over 20 years of software development and product management experience, David has compiled an impressive record of delivering a wide variety of quality products. Prior to joining LINK, David founded Bows Software to deliver software development services to a varied list of customers. Bows Software helped companies traverse the complicated waters of successfully launching software products by developing strong product launch plans which included product marketing materials, problem triage and resolution programs as well effective training strategies.
Prior to Bows Software, David was the founder of Visionola which provided Internet based order management software to large geographically dispersed retail and restaurant chains. At Visionola David was responsible for all product development and marketing. Visionola’s products proved successful and the company was quickly bought but the continued growth was stymied by the burst of the Internet bubble.
Prior to Visionola David was the Product Manager for Progress Software’s relational database product. The Progress RDBMs is one of Progress’s flagship products and David was responsible for its continued growth as well as its key positioning as the leading embedded database for applications. During his tenure, the Progress database product was generating nearly $80,000,000 in revenue and showed solid growth due to key customer driven enhancements. David’s tenure at Progress began in their consulting practice and was focused on large Fortune 500 accounts. He led successful consulting projects in large organization such as Blockbuster, Cargill, Tupperware and International Paper.
David’s first management level work was for Public Health Software System where he was Director of Development. PHSS was the leading provider of software to public health facilities across the US. It s flagship product provided software that managed all aspects of child immunization services.
David is married to Mary Bows and is an avid sailor.
Attila DeLisle
Senior Developer
Attila is responsible for software development,the compilation of LINK statistics, and custom reports. Attila attended the University of Maine, where he majored alternately in English, Politcal Science, Communications, Pre-Law, Computer Science, and Philosophy before eventually awarding himself a decree in Intro. Attilla joined LINK as a Technical Support Specialists in October of 2000.
He currently lives in South Portland, Maine with his wife Jessica and son Rigel
Eleanor Ward Wilson
Operations - Client Services and Technical Support
Eleanor is responsible for operational oversight of LINK's Client Services Department, including providing Technical Support, Training and Data Administration for LINK Martha's Vineyard and LINK Nantucket.
Prior to LINK, Eleanor was a regional sales manager and loan originator on the Cape and Islands for Sentry Bank.
Eleanor and her husband Bruce moved to Martha's Vineyard for a "short" stay in 1987 and never left. Eleanor and Bruce's short stay on Martha's Vineyard has lasted over 23 years. Eleanor and Bruce have two children, Michael, 19 and Lisa, 17. Eleanor and Bruce are actively involved in community initiatives on Martha's Vinyard.
Eleanor received her BS in Health Administration from Itaca College with Minors in Business, English and Psychology.
Danny Guinther
Client Services and Support Specialist
Danny is responsible for providing Technical Support and Training as well as coordinating Client Communications.
Prior to LINK, Danny served as a Technical Support Specialist with XOS Technologies, where he worked with professional sports teams from the NFL, NBA and MLB on a daily basis.
Outside of work, Danny is avidly interested in both Computer Science and Mathematics. He plays on a men's basketball team, plays the guitar and reads more than he probably should.
Danny received his BA in English from the University of New Hampshire with Minors in Music and American Studies.
Susan Hernon
Data Management Specialist
Susan is responsible for Data Administration. Susan's strong Data Management skills are reflected in LINK's accurate data display and dissemination. In addition, Susan serves as Office Manager. Prior to working at LINK, Susan worked at Comdisco as an Office Manager overseeing daily operations and a staff of thirty.
In her free time, Susan enjoys reading and traveling. Susan is married and has two grown children. She resides in Medford.
Lara Thompson
Accounting
Lara is responsible for the daily accounting operations for LINK. She collects the receivables, processes the payables and resolves client billing issues.
Prior to working for LINK, Lara worked as a freelance accountant. She managed customer accounts and the general ledger function of three businesses. During this time, she also took on projects such as preparing client tax returns, developing client business plans and compiling INS documents and supporting paperwork for residency and naturalization. In addition to these accomplishments, she received her MA Real Estate license in 2004. She began her career working as a staff accountant for a UK based tour operator in downtown Boston.
Lara received her BS in accounting from Murray State University in Kentucky.
Lara is married and has three lovely children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending it with her family and listening to her children and her husband talk about their day.
